Amazing service and great communication. It's two months now and am still waiting for someone to call me back????.I even called the second time, and it was reaffirmed that I would be called back.

The problem with this is that you can nit seek for advise else where. You keep waiting, maybe they will call tomorrow. What if I contact someone else and they call after. You are constantly hoping.

I contacted you because I had a problem. I feared for lives of my siblings, and it was a joke to you. Well, it was cruel one.

Nevertheless, the ladies who always picked up where always nice. Atleast I didn't feel worthless. I just wish I was helped. And am also happy for those who were, you guys sound like an amazing team.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Kanzlei Schlun u0026 Elseven . Considering, distance and language as my German is very limited, the communication, promptness, efficiency and professionalism were exemplary from all staff I dealt with from the first communication to the end.
As far as I was concerned this was a difficult case as it involved family. Dr Thomas Bichat was very supportive with a very approachable attitude which I found pleasing as it made it easier to deal with especially as it was a sensitive family issue. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions, which eased my concerns.
The case was promptly dealt with and completed in a very short timescale.
