Everyone’s situation is unique and you should do your own research before deciding but my experience here was very good. I travelled from Canada to have disc replacement with Dr. Desai. I found him to be a skilled, confident and very caring surgeon. The hospital was organized, clean with very good nurses and experienced physio team.

Beim Klinik Personal muss man leider Glück haben, wenn man das richtige Personal erwischt, dann hat man einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Beim ersten Mal war es nicht so toll, beim zweiten Mal hatte ich dafür, die tollste Schwester die man sich wünschen konnte. Super lieb, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um einen bei Problemen. Ich habe hier eine künstliche Bandscheibe 4/5 Halswirbel bekommen. Klar man muss bei den Voruntersuchungen viel Zeit mitbringen, aber dafür ist die Behandlung einfach nur spitze. Von der OP bis zur Intensivstation und anschließend auf Station waren alle Pfleger/innen und Ärzte einfach nur Klasse und so aufmerksam wie ich es noch nie gesehen habe. Auch das Schmerzmanagement war hervorragend!!!, ich hatte nach der OP sowie im weiteren Verlauf nicht einen Tag Schmerzen. Schmerzmittel konnte ich nach 10 Tagen ausschleichen. Einen besonderen Dank an Dr. Desai, er hat mich operiert und hat jeden Tag selber nach mir gesehen sowie meine Familie persönlich über die Op. informiert. Dr. Desai ist ein Arzt wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann, ruhig, empathisch und auf dem Boden geblieben . Sollte ich nochmal etwas an den Knochen haben, dann gehe ich nur hierhin.

Unfortunately, many of the food distributors lack sensitivity and friendliness, which is actually atypical here. Food has received what was handed out from prison meals. The quality needs to be improved here. And it should be healthier too. Another positive aspect is the outpatient rehabilitation. Great team, from doctors to reception. The second rehab just as good as the first in 2017. Thanks to everyone who helped me back on my feet and stood by with advice and action.

Die Ärzte rund um Dr. Höllriegl und Dr. Schallehn sind empatisch und medizinisch klasse. Auch die Pfleger und Pflegerinen sind klasse, freundlich und kompetent. Ich fühle mich immer wieder gut aufgehoben und alle OP waren erfolgreich. Knieprothesen rechts und aktuell links. Das einzige was sich seit den 1980er Jahren kontinuierlich verschlechtert ist das Essen. 2017 war schon schlecht, aber was ich dieses Jahr erlebt habe ist katastrophal. Sparen gut und schön, aber das man nach Obst und Joghurt betteln muss ist schon bedenklich. Leider fehlt auch bei vielen der Essensausteiler das Feingefühl und die Freundlichkeit, was eigentlich hier untypisch ist.Essen erhalten hat was von Gefängnissmahlzeiten austeilen. Hier müsste unbedingt die Qualität angehoben werden. Und gesünder dürfte es auch sein. Positiv ist noch die ambulante Reha zu vermerken. Tolles Team, von Ärzten bis zum Empfang. Die zweite Reha genauso gut wie die erste 2017. Danke an alle die mir wieder auf die Beine helfen und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen.
