The following experience happened not once but twice with this clinic - my family (non-EU citizens) arrived to Cologne and needed an entry PCR test and an exit PCR test.

It took BCRT 4 days to give our first results back despite promising a 24 to 48 hr response time - they mentioned that there was a mix up at the lab and apologized for the delay after around 4 phone calls to their hotline in berlin.

Given that there aren’t many clinics that give Covid-19 PCR tests for non-citizens we decided for BCRT again for the exit test. We explained to them that we need the results to board the flights and they cannot be late like last time.

it’s been 4 days already - my family will have to miss their flights if they do not provide us with the results. Again after saying they need a maximum of 48 hours to provide the results and promising that this time will be within the provided time window.

Worst service ever - the clinic blames the lab and the lab takes no responsibility!

They got me basically fully vaccinated within 3 weeks before I went to Mexico. Staff and doctors were amazing, no appointment needed, but show up ready to wait for some time, especially in the travel season

Hier kann man sich auch nur impfen lassen, ohne Beratung. Dies ist sehr praktisch für Auffrischungsimpfungen, wenn man öfters reist.
Der Arzt war sehr freundlich und hat die Impfung extrem angenehm durchgeführt. Die Impfstoffe sind dort auch vorrätig, was sehr praktisch ist.
Natürlich muss man Wartezeit einplanen, aber wie sollte es auch anders sein, wenn man ohne Termin vorbei kommen kann.

Sehr ausführliche und individuelle Beratung! Es wurde sich wirklich Zeit genommen und so hat sich das Warten gelohnt. Die Ärztin war sympathisch und wirkte sehr kompetent. Ich habe einen ausführlichen Bogen und Infomaterial bekommen, inklusive einer Übersicht, wann welche Impfungen für mich als nächstes empfohlen werden. Ich habe mich auch dort impfen lassen (alle Impfstoffe waren vorrätig) und die Rechnung später problemlos bei der Krankenkasse eingereicht. Sehr zu empfehlen, egal ob nur für eine Beratung und/oder Impfung!

Schlecht organisiert und unmögliche Art und Weise mit Patienten zu kommunizieren. Nachdem man uns vor der Anmeldung zugesichert hatte, dass wir heute noch geimpft werden, wurden wir nach einer Stunde Wartezeit weggeschickt.
Jedoch hat die Dame es nicht für nötig gehalten uns darüber zu informieren. Stattdessen wurden einfach kommentarlos alle Wartelisten-Einträge gelöscht.
Das war der erste und letzte Besuch. Dann lieber doch zum Hausarzt.
