Just was there to do professional work and the people in the printer kicked me out of the store in a rude way just for asking for a formal invoice of the work done. It's the most illegal and shameful thing I have seen in years. They denied to do the work saying just I'm not printing for you if you want an invoice. I still cannot believe this happened.

I'm giving it 1 but they deserves 0 because of the ill staff. I don't know what they think of themselves i asked them for a photocopy and they told me no you can't get only 2 papers copies. So greedy of money like literally disappointed

We arrived in town a little later than expected and had to get some tickets printed out for an event that night. We made it to Print Express 24 right after they closed but they were so kind and helpful. Offered to print our tickets anyway and were very patient while we tried to connect to WiFi. After a long day of travel it was such a relief - Thank you very much! Will definitely be visiting again before to leave to get our train tickets printed.

Had our company‘s invitation printed here, the quality was better than expected. They even printed our deal with laser printing which is hard to find anywhere else. The staffs are also attentive, friendly and helpful. They speak good English :)

I've been there just before. Just scanning costed .50 euro for Page. I've paid 3.50 euro for 7 pages scanning. It was 3 seconds work. It was simple scanning without printing paper. Extremely Terrible place.

Awesome copyshop with great customer support. I've been here a couple of times within the last 2 years. Whenever I work at Koeln Messe I come here to print banners, flyers and everything else. Great service, great prices, thanks guys!
