Ok. This one is a little bit tricky. I don’t know somehow it has got bad reputation. This shop is not for everyone especially posh people. They have products with reasonable prices that are overpriced everywhere else. Personally, every time I want to buy a home furniture, I would definitely check this place out even before Ikea. Generally, it deserves 4 starts because round the year they have great offers and the service is alright.

Very rude staf, enters house without permission and even damages the interior.

Most of the time the staff is not so happy and welcoming. Quality of furniture products is average and below. But in the other hand you can find good wall paint, light bulbs and small things at good price there.

For me i found its the worst.. I went one time to koln branch "near to ikea" and i bought a stab mixter that cost 29.99 and its was before they close by 5 min.. So they told us please if you want it. Buy it we will close so, we buy it and they didnt try it for us or make a double check for what it have inside and when i came back home i found the container for juice is broken and there is no stainless thing for cutting inside the mixer,, and i lost the paper for buying and i told them about the branch but when i told them they didnt accept that and ask for inf more inf that i dont have.. Tell now the machine is useless for me.. Its still in the carton and i cant use!!!!!

There is various products but delivery system is not good.
