IKEA is always IKEA, in a very good location and very big. Close to the tram 5, so you can move things easily with public transport.
They have a lot of items and they set up small rooms to see the products. The staff were also very nice.
The location has a restaurant incase you spend too much time and need to eat. The food is good but pricey.
We were impressed by the products but not the sofas, in all, we know what we can get there and what not to buy there.
You can order online and pick up or buy there and ask for it to be delivered to you.
The lifts are very big and can take big products too.

Really big and well structured aisle created to visit every section of assortment you need to put in your house from scratch.

A wide variety of all daily essentials of 2 floors of materials, The staff are very helpful, there is a restaurant and small cafe with food at affordable prices.

Nope. Nope. Nope. It's Ikea, BUT, you can't call yourself family friendly and not have seating for pregnant woman or disabled people at the exit, outside or waiting area. Absolute no go for a company that considers itself inclusive and family friendly.

We dont have Ikea in my home country. When coming to live in Germany I thought it would ve a wonderful and easy house-decorating solution. Its been a nightmare. One month since my purchase (already payed) and still hasnt been delivered (inside Comogne!). Horrible subhired contractors for that task and endless hours making claim by phone. ????????

The visit was overall positive. But there were a few items misplaced and empty area in the Isles. Some sizes were missing and hard to find. Food was not bad for the price. I'd totally recommend it, but I would have been happier if they had everything in order and no missing items.
