First of all, they tell you they will help you to pick you up from trainstation, knowing our details.
1 week later, nobody seems to talk English, they did not want to help, no information was given and it took us 3 hours to get from airport to our car.
Horrible experience and not a nice ending of a holiday.
I do not recommend.

Please look for alternatives paying more if you want to avoid bad surprises. We had a very bad experience (reservation number LB625B) in the middle of the night and no one took any responsibility. Afterwards we sent an e-mail with our complaint - a big silence. If something goes wrong, you are all by yourself. Do not take risk for a few euros especially if you are travelling with kids.

We had an horrible experience with Park Time when returning from our trip. The man that picked us up was very rude and started shouting at people for no reason. But then it got worse. We went in the car and he started going at a crazy speed, while playing arabic music at an unbelievable volume. The ride was extremely scary. When we arrived he kept being very rude. Very scary experience, we will never return.

It was a pity, as the girl that brought us to the airport was very nice.

I booked this via an online third party company, I put down the number of people I had when I booked it and paid. Upon arrival they wanted to charge extra for the amount of people, something that they tried to prove via the website but even they couldn’t find it. The transit to the airport is quick, but they are very busy you might have to wait a bit.

Employees aren't nice. The way back to the car they just left us standing at the airport, we had to wait for 50 minutes.... No communication. Not friendly. And my car had a scratch afterwards.... Never doing this again..

We had to wait for one hour for someone to pick us up from the airport, they pretty much don't speak English. Definately do not recommend, look around for a different parking nearby
