Definitely don't recommend coming here! We arrived 1h before closing and it turned out they didn't allow you to enter already. The staff didn't want to talk nor explain anything! Just terrible!

Semi-decent, visited at night , was disappointed they had no ice for the drinks, restaurant a bit dirty overall

Hands down the worst “restaurant” that I have ever been to. Terrible service. Staff Screaming at customers and being condescending.

The new SB order system doesn't work properly, after only 35min we got the wrong order, the softdrinks were warm and not carbonated anymore. At last the owner personally took care of our order, apologized and yelled at the incompetent staff.

Positives:
- this place serves the breakfast variants all day

Neutral:
- has a McDrive and a medium sized parking place
- the food tastes as you would expect

Negatives:
- This place allows incompetent staff to run the McDrive. Please only put people with adequate knowledge of your menus, coupons and the German language in the McDrive.

My Mac to go whenever another GamesCom adventure has ended. Being from the Netherlands where those delicious apple pies are not sold anymore for decades, it is always nice to buy a lot of them while in Cologne. Not to forget McRib and many other iconic German McDonalds food. They also offer self-ordering machines at this location for easy service, even usable if your German language skills are not by standards (yet).
