If your visiting chocolate museum, you can prefer this parking.

Large parking ( Europe largest underground parking) is beneath chocolate museum bit pricy though. €3.80 per hour. Mastero card not accepted, Visa card ( couple more ) and cash is accepted

Drive all the way to red zone and exit via 1.3 or 1.2 - there is stairs and lift available to go upstairs, exit on ur left and you can see chocolate museum.

Very hard to navigate and also pretty expensive (3,50 an hour). But was able to park in close proximity to where I needed to go so that was a plus! it's also well lit and there are women's parking spots so felt pretty safe in there

Conveniently located. It's close to Chocolate Museum. Clean and spacious. Best Parkhaus in Cologne!

27 Euros for 8 hours... Just ridiculous, when you can park within 500 meters for half that. Price list nowhere in sight, which is understandable, given how much it cost, but also illegal?

I don't recommend this parking lot, pricing is too predatory. The hourly fee starts from 3.5 euros, but at 6 hours it jumps to 45 euros. Way too overpriced.

Rather expensive, but good for parking in that area. If you just want to visit the inner city, I'd rather recommend e.g. the Galeria Kaufhof parking.
