A little out of the very centre of Cologne so it's quiet, but a short walk from everything. We went for Gamescom, and had a 15-20 minute walk to the event, and the cathedral, restaurants and shops where closer.

Has an excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful and available 24 hours. So checking out and getting a Taxi at 5am was not a problem.

Stayed here 4 years ago, and everything was as good then.

The receptionist was angry and really rude when I inquired over a malfunctioning tv. My wife was subsequently yelled at and even threatened to be slapped in the face and be dragged out of the hotel by the same receptionist.

My wife was very shaken up and did not want to leave the hotel room alone after the incident, fearing she would meet the receptionist again and that he would indeed injure her.

The hotel manager did not seem to comprehend the gravity of the situation the morning after, offering an excuse but siding with the receptionist claiming he could not believe that the receptionist could do something like this.

Please stay clear from this hotel!

Good overall stay but no complimentary water, no toiletries (had to ask at reception, not even q tips!). Teabags weren't refilled the second day, and the advertised sauna was only open in the afternoon/evening which didn't suit my schedule at all.

Very good location! Good breakfast! Value for money. We had a good stay there!

Nice hotel. 20 a 25 min away walking from the Bahnhoff. 5 mjn with a taxi.
Room are clean . Service is wonderfull. Breakfast is top.

The hotel is excellent.
The location is a 5-minute walk to the city center. Excellent service.
