Super disappointed with my purchase at Vivobarefoot. My shoes began falling apart after a few weeks of wearing them. When I sent them in for inspection, they offered to repair the shoe with glue or send them back as they are and get 15% off the purchase price. When you sell a 180 EUR shoe, there should be a 100% money back guarantee on defective shoes. Who wants to wear a shoe that's falling apart? And glue, really? That's their solution. Why wouldn't they replace the shoes with a new pair? Terrible customer service and I wanted to love this company! I don't normally spend this much money on shoes, so I feel pretty dumb having thought price depicts quality. Now I'm all the wiser.

The shoes are okay, the service/this particular store however, are not. We've purchased a pair of replacement in-soles and had to discover later, that they are from two different sizes and, that one of the soles is a few years old, from a different model generation.

We bought shoes for our Son, after 3 month I can say they are great! The shop personal were very friendly and helpful.
