Be careful you can only stay at this parking for maximum 24 hours. If you stay longer you have to pay 25 euros for each extra day in Cash. NO cards accepted. This information is only annonced in German at the entrance of the parking.

We looked up info about the parking and found that it was 2.5€ per day, even free if you show you tickets of the tram. When arrived we looked for a service point, however on Sunday there was nobody there. Nowhere was info provided what to do, what the rules are. When going back home after 36 hours, the lady at the service point (older, very short grey hair) gave us a fine because we were not allowed to stay longer than 24h. I explained her that there was nobody here on Sunday, that we did not find any explanation in universal language, there were no signs or parkmeters, no working telephone number to contact. However, she said that on a sign below there was a small sentence in German that said that you are fined after 24h and that we are in Germany so that we should talk German….. (?!) If I had lied about our arrival and said Monday it would have been fine, because there was nobody there. I think the lady had a really bad day, did not appreciate our honesty, and ignored the fact that there was literally NOBODY in the servicepoint upon arrival. We made every effort to ask what was allowed when we arrived, however the lady just was really unfriendly and clearly would not listen.

Absolute worthless parking place. They charge you 25 euro's a day instead of 2,50 euro's. Absolute joke! Don't park here if you plan on staying for a couple of days in Cologne. Just use a parking space in the centre.

Worst parking place ever. They say it is only €2,50 for 24 hours, but if you stay longer it suddenly becomes €25 per day and can be paid in cash only. We are surely scammed because we had to pay them €50 or they wouldn’t open the gate. Don’t go here!

We traveled over from the UK to visit the Xmas markets and used this car park. There seems to be confusion over if you have to pay or not. Sorry we can't help on this matter. However when we tried to pay there was no one in the office and the gates were open. I would say. During normal working hours you pay to leave, out side of this it free?.. I can not confirm this but it was with our case.

Sometimes free, sometimes 2.5€/day. You can easily get to the city center by tram (ticket:2.8€) in 25min.
Note that you can only buy tickets on board with coins or Geldcart (VISA/Master not accepted)

Really easy to find from the motorway. Quick walk to the tram to get into the city in about 20mins
