Zum einen kam man sich schon bei der Bestellung störend vor, da die Dame nur mit der Freundin am Schnacken war. Das hätte mich aber noch nicht gestört. Als wir aber in einer von unseren beiden Waffeln ein Haar hatten und das reklamiert haben, wurde sie schnippisch und wollte doch glatt eine halbe Waffel erneut bezahlt haben für den Ersatz. Wo gibt es denn bitte so was? Sorry, aber auch wenn das Haar von sonst wem (z. B. der Freundin hinter der Theke) war, Kundenservice geht definitiv anders. Leider dadurch erstes und letztes Mal!!!
