If I could give it -5 stars I would. Lousy service, lousy ambiance, lousy music, lousy organization. (go somewhere else to avoid a bad experience).
Last Saturday for my birthday I made a reservation by phone for 20 people, of which only 15 could enter with me.
When we arrived they made us wait outside in the middle of winter for 30 minutes because "it was already full" (even though we had arrived at the reservation time). When they finally let us in, the waiter told us after 20 minutes that we had to consume at least 250 euros in alcohol just to be able to stay. This was discussed with the group and we agreed. The prices are exaggeratedly high. The 250 euros were only enough for 1 bottle of rum (they only brought 5 glasses for 15 people) and a round of 250ml beers. After 1 hour the waiter came to tell us that 250 euros was not enough and that we had to consume 300 euros to be able to stay there (since there were still 5 people missing, who were about to arrive, we agreed again).
When they arrived, they didn´t want to let them in (despite all that we had already paid). After trying to convince security that the reservation was for 20 people and that only 15 of us were there, they agreed. Not satisfied with this they made them pay an additional 30 euros each just to stay in the bar (drinks not included).
