Drinks were excellent. Grateful that they managed to squeeze our group in but still unfriendly waitress attended us. Really cool place to hangout and for drinks however it gets really hot in there and pretty loud. Do try the french colada.

Went to meet a friend and had hoped for tea (sore throat) and nachos (just wanted something to eat, although in hindsight nachos probably isn't the best choice for a sore throat) - the machine for all hot beverages was broken and they didn't have any more nachos. Went around 20:30 on a Tuesday night. Asked for some water instead and they still charged me €2.20 for it.
Besides that, the room was way too dark with only red lights hanging from the ceiling and the music was blaring. Not the best experience. Probably not bad if you want a cocktail or something.

The cocktails were very good, Erden was very attentive and if we were were staying longer we would come back every night!! Thanks guys!! Made my birthday night out fabulous!

I've been there with few friends.

Really cold welcome. The waitress was looking annoyed, she was not speaking an english word (Or she didn't wanted to ...). She took our order without a word.

We were 5 at the table but only 4 seats (near the front window) so one of us was in need to stay in the "walkway". Every time she was coming she was looking at us angry . (She totally had enough space to come with the drinks ..).

When the time to pay came, she ask us in German. Luckily one of my friend was speaking a bit of german and told me that it was "26€". Gave her 30€. Didn't gave me any change. Ask her the change, she gave me 1.5€ back and left.

What the hell is that ?

Hope the tenant of this place will see this message. This waitress, a little blonde, is a shame. How do u want good advice on your place when people are working like this ?
That's a shame.

Don't loose ur time in there, there is so many better places around.

(Oh, and forget about latin/cuban music, that's just basic electro. This bar got nothing cuban other than the name outside.).

Poor service. Overpriced for what they offer and really not nice waiter. I guess the only reason why there is still people going is because of their privileged location

Horrible place. Prices not what advertised, and waiter was rude and didn’t care. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.
