We went to this Mcdonalds this evening and the manager got angry with all the customers because some of us were standing too much to the left side of the store.
He also got annoyed and angry at some people that didn't know their order was ready because he only said it in German. There were a lot of tourists that spoke English only.
He had a very short temper, he even got angry at a child!
And to top it all off, they forgot an item we ordered..
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Very troubling place, filled with drunk and homeless people. Floor seems never got cleaned. Not being mean just stating facts.

Employees pissed off at some drunk idiots and take it out on everyone there.
Talking customers by accident by passing by in rage and not even apologizing.
And refusing me almost to keep my recipe accusing that I would come back and say I did not get it.
Never again in this shop

it's very easy to find u0026 it's right next to the bus u0026 subway stations. the service is fast, but I always get the feeling that the people working in the Kasse don't really wash their hands. I've seen some very very dirty nails many times, which makes me wonder about how clean are the hands of the personnel I do not see, who works in the back u0026 handles my food!! Especially during these Corona-times,it's not professional at all! I decided to not visit that place ever again.

I bought two kids meal . In that two box ketchup and mayo is not given. Also the toys which mentioned was not there. They don't even have custody to inform. They just replaced with some other toy and gave the packet.
After going home it was noticed and when asked on next day. Onenof the employee just answered its human mistake and gave the mayo and ketchup packet now.
What now I will do with that mayo and ketchup now.
