Was here for a quick breakfast on the morning of CSD parade. Can’t complain. The place was clean (which seems hard to do at a frequented place like a train station). Ordering was easy at the terminal, preparation was quick and smooth. Egg McMuffin and Coke tested good. The interior need a bit of an upgrade, hence the one star deduction.

Received old barely warm burger where the bread was already completely soaked in fat.
Restaurant is dirty as heck, only serves in paper bags, which are then left stacked on all the tables. Nobody cleaned in what seems like hours, tables and seats are dirty as well.

It's situated at great place kōln deutz mess bahnhopt where the passenger can have food for their traveling...it.has good quality food.

Worst mcd ever. The first 4 burgers we ordered were out of stock?? What is This place???

Usually very crowded... Waiting time at order terminals... Monitor with numbers next to pick up was not working.. Needs more personell

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Received 17 McNuggets instead of 20, Ice Tea instead of Cola and the picture shows what the "big" fries look like, the box isn't even half full.

Good service during pandemic. Unfortunately the food was not that great. I had a big tasty bacon, the tomato was closer to white than red, the bun was very white as well and not very toasted, the burger was overcooked. Some of the fries were undercooked. The nuggets were ok.

Unfortunate since it has been a long time (nearly 1y cos of the Pandemic) since I had fast food and it was a disappointment.
