The McDonald's itself is fine. However, the way we need to pay to go to the toilet is ridiculous. I'd already paid for the meal, but some lady blocked my way, asking for 50 cents. I've never seen anything like that in any other McDonald's. It's okay if it's on a voluntary basis, but not as an obligation.

Avoid this McDonald’s if possible. I’m the first customer of the day. Wait for 30 minutes but yet got my simple hamburger done. Hot coffee has become cold because of the waiting. Terrible management on this site. Someone from the HQ should deal with it seriously. Worst McDonald’s I have ever visited.

Not a quite nice experience. First of all, two burgers missing from our order; then gave the big mac instead of a double big mac; then go to the toilet with paid receipt still ask for 50cent. Although all of the above is solved fast, still makes us feel not so good. Hope because of the crowd that makes these mistakes.

The McDonald's here was a great experience back in 2015.

The staff were very polite and proficient in English. They allowed us to use vouchers here too.

Worst experience I've ever had in any fast-food/restaurant.
While we waited for our order, one of the man behind the counter was face-timing someone and filming my friend non-stop like if she was an animal at the zoo , and he wasn't even hiding it. When she noticed and decided to leave, the man mysteriously ended his call immediatly and went back to the kitchen. It was dead obvious what was going on but none of his colleagues said anything, like it was normal.
I hope the management team become aware of this because this kind of behaviour is disgusting.
I have nothing but regret going here.

The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life. I've traveled to several countries and I've probably never seen anything like it. Cold food, terrible service staff, hygiene in the establishment does not exist (everything dirty chairs, tables, window glass, the floor is even worse....) at a time when covid 19 is still talked about, I advise people to go elsewhere. I even advise the authorities or administration to close the establishment and that they think a restructuring of employees there is urgent.

Garbage, woman at the front seems to hate Americans. Refused to correct my order because she claimed she did not have time and told me if I wanted it corrected to order again. Note that I hadn’t even received my order yet. As an American I can say this place is an embarrassment to the chain. The supervisor was there watching the whole thing as well. Food was also subpar garbage, paid 40 euros at this place might as well have tossed that money in the trash. Will never be returning, if you are an American or a foreigner understand that they do discriminate and you will not be treated fairly!
