Just awful, worst experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, they just didn’t find my online order, although it was already in their warehouse and I had to come one more time (I live in another city!). Secondly, as I came for the second time to pick up my order and clear the situation, why this happened, the manager Kristina instead of apologizing, started to teach me that I should have ordered items directly to my place and not to the store!
