The store offers a large, good selection of designer clothes from well-known brands and very friendly, competent advice and service.

There are women's and men's clothing, cosmetics and a very good restaurant.
Highly recommended Store to visit and experience when being in Cologne.

I bought a perfume here and wanted to return to get a refund the next day but they denied to give it, saying it is their policy. WHAT KIND OF STORE in the world REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND? Even so, they should have told the customer that it is the policy of store at the time of purchase but they did not. Rather, they say I should have asked if it is possible to return. It is the common sense worldwide that you can return the goods and get a full refund, isn’t it? I am not sure if this is even legal in Germany (or anywhere else in the world). This is the most horrific and disgusting store in my entire 3 years of Germany.

Rude staff, if you try on shoes they say you are not allowed to try more than a few seconds because the shoes get large!! But they don’t bother to advice on size or anything!

I didn’t find what I came for ... found a pretentious cafe/bar situation that rivals NYC or Miami instead ... all were courteous ... I’m intrigued
