I went with my 3 friends om this rest. to have dinner.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!
We came in and there was no Welkom feeling at all, the rest. was in total just like 7 tables ocuppied and it is quite a big one.
Ok, a table at the end en took a while that the no friendly waiter could give us some attention. A feeling again from No Welkom!
We took the salad buffet en 4 differents main course, the food came and it was tasteloss, fries over cooked, coca cola with no bubbles, we asked new ones, they brought the same but then in other glasses en more ijs; I needed a spoon and asked for to a second waiter that first looked to my plate and food to check if I really needed that. Never had that before.
We ate half of everything, asked the bill and just left.
It was the Highest NO PLEASURE moment from our 5 days trip in Keulen.
VERY DISAPOINTING!!!!
They really need to change the attitude and being more friendly and understanding for the needs and wishes to the guest.
No recomendable!!!!

The food is not so tasty and soft, the attendance is not so good and the prices are high for what is served.

What a rip off. Over priced and underwhelming. My wife's burger literally looked as if they made a normal patty and then cut it in half. It only filled the left half of the bun. We asked the manager about it and he said that is standard for their burgers. Also, the interior looks like a low-end diner. 60€ for a meal can be much better spent elsewhere.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We waited good 20 minutes to be served a simple hamburger and when it finally arrived, it had tomatoes when I specifically asked it to be without tomatoes because I am strongly allergic to it.
The burger was taken back and we had to wait another 20 minutes for its replacement, which was overcooked and really not good.
As for the service, in addition to the exceptional slowness of the staff, our waitress was extremely unfriendly, on the edge of rude.
I am very disappointed by this low level of quality.

If you would like to have a real rib-eye steak, this is the easiest and tasteful way that you can enjoy every bite. The service is fast but the only drawback is that they want you to order the side-dish separately. Side dish is meant to be at the side of your plate. Anyway, don't miss out on the happy hour ;)

Food was terrible. Chicken was dry. Plates where not made up at all.
Normally I wouldn't really mind and just move along with my day. But we ordered a desert, the creme brulee, and it was disgusting. It was just from a tin foil (the marks where stille visable) and it tasted so dry and old.
We asked if they could take them back and if the restaurant could take it from the receipt. But we had to pay for them still!
Bad experience over all.

The restaurant is really good but it used to be better in the past.I remember when I was there some years ago I could order some bread as starter but sadly I can’t anymore.The food was really good and was tasty.I would recommend it.It wasn’t the best but it was still okay.The waiters were friendly and nice to me and my family and I really enjoyed it.
