The hotel was good even though it was named different the personnel was very cheerful and the only critique points were because of the location and that there was a star in the door glass it's possible that there was a break-in

I paid €94.20 (including city tax) for three nights in a single room with private facilities in mid-August.

Guess what, I didn't expect a 5-star hotel in the centre! I expected the rabbit-hutch size of the room and 10 minutes by U-bahn to the centre. Fine by me.

I was favourably impressed by the hair drier and fan in the bathroom, the TV in my room, the modern decoration, the spotless cleanliness, and the extremely friendly and helpful attitude of the owners.

Good, free WiFi.

Excellent value for money and I would definitely return.

Good parts
- the location, subway just 3 minutes from the hotel
- the staff is nice

Bad parts:
- we booked via Booking and chose to pay at property as usually my bank sees booking as fraud payment, they tried to withdraw the money online and when they couldn't they canceled our booking 15 minutes before arriving, therefore we are not able to give feedback on Booking.com
- we couldn't pay by card because "the POS was not working" - don't ever try withdrawing money at the ATM downstairs like they recommend because that ATM is made to rip you off with commission
- the room was really really cold
- it was very noisy because there are no house rules regarding quiet hours
- the place reeks of bad tabacco, the smell almost made me sick
- the other guests were slamming doors and speaking really loud at 1AM and 7AM, the walls are really thin
- I locked my door twice and found it locked once but the room was not cleaned, so I don't know why someone was in the room if they did not intend to clean it
- TV didnt have a remote, the bed light did not work
- I stayed in cheaper places with better conditions in more expensive cities so not sure where the price comes from

Very clean and warm room. Cleaned everyday. Very easy to reach the City center by tram. No elevator unfortunately. And no bed lamps. Very nice people at reception.

I spent 1 night here.
The hotel have just 2 stars but everything was great.
The rooms was very clean, breakfast was great.
I will never forget the smiley staff. :)

I really enjoyed my stay there. Nice people, good breakfast, clean room and bathroom. I can recommend to everyone :) The only thing that was missing was a kettle in my room.

The staff is polite and willing to help you to accomodate, the breakfast is very tasty , the location is good . I didnt care too much about the room cuz I used it only for sleep and shower. But sometimes at night , doors are being slammed
