The food is just delicious. The staff is friendly and very kind. The cleanliness is excellent.
The food is well cooked, there is nothing to say. Perfect restaurant. Morever, you can feel the taste of real Syrian food, it shows that it's professionals.
I recommend it to anyone passing through Koln and who wants to eat Syrian food.The value for money is correct.
I give 5 stars without hesitation.

We went there late at night we were hungry and ordered crispy and broasted and arabic shawrma sorry for saying that but they were terrible I couldnt eat more than one piece of crispy it tasted like plastic.
Hope you give more value to your food

Food here was yum. One of the best shawarma I would say in Köln. Worth the price.
I am reducing one star only because of their customer service. The girl who served us was really rude to us.

When it's good, it's very good, but the consistency in the quality means you sometimes pay full price for not great food. Today we ended up with expired coleslaw :/

Good quantity food. Service is not always quick. They are quite disorganized, so expect to get wrong/incomplete orders.
Bonus points if you speak arabic!
