You don't have a chance to dislike the comfort of the hotel!

Great importance is attached to the cleanliness of each area. The helpfulness of the staff will please you. You can go to all places of interest by walking, and you can go to distant places by the metro right next to it. For this reason, the location of the hotel is quite satisfactory.

Internet connection speed is very good, and you can log in easily.

Open buffet breakfast is offered and it gives you the chance to have a nice breakfast in variety. It is a very good alternative for accommodation in Cologne.

Great hotel, great staff. A very good location for getting around. The only issue we had with the hotel was the lighting in the restaurant was a little dark for our vision. Otherwise, everything was great.

Hotel is nice. Good location. Staff is helpful and courteous.

But the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't cold enough (our company had 6 rooms), and in one room the door between the room and the bathroom was missing (which they couldn't fix in the 5 days we were there).

Plus: central location, parking garage (25€/day), nice gym, great breakfast, safe, minibar, iron in room, AC, good bedding.

Minus: sauna was supposed to be on during business hours (starting at 10am is too late) but was not working, shower pressure in my room not existend, rooms facing the street are very loud with open windows.

Location is very near to train station (Friesenplatz), room and bathroom are very clean, superb breakfast.

What's missing: no coffee/tea u0026 no water cooker for drinking hot beverage in the room. (Maybe because of my room type selection?)

my friend and i stayed here for 3 nights at the weekend in room 226. Friday and Saturday we both woke up with the noise of the two night clubs behind (Goldfinger and La Latina) it was so loud it was like the windows were open. We went to Cologne to enjoy the daytime not the 3am nightlife! so that was disappointing...the staff were slow to help - it was a busy weekend and the manager helped in the end. Not sure I would stay here again after that experience.

From the outside and the area in which the hotel is located, you would not expect the inside to be as lovely as it is.

Positive: size and space of the room (Business), lovely rainshower, breakfast assortiment, parking under the hotel and also parking garages in the area, wellness looked lovely unfortunately I did not get to use it.

Negative: airco or cooling system in the room didn't work (temperature outside was high and in the room as well).

I believe there was ample things to do in the area, unfortunately I didn't have time to explore due to appointments elsewhere.
