The food and the service were exceptional. I had the carpaccio and the saddle of lamb (unfortunately I don't remember the German name for the dish) with asparagus, cabbage, and couscous. Even the bread was great!

Overall result: Attractive restaurant with modern cuisine. We had fennel foam soup and quince foam soup as a starter, pink saddle of venison and venison goulash as main course and two delicious desserts from the menu. As a drink I had two Singapore Sling specially made for me, delicious. Any time. For two, we had a good 130 euros on the bill, including drinks. The pleasant evening was really worth it.

Gesamtergebnis: Ansprechendes Restaurant mit moderner Küche. Wir hatten Fenchelschaumsuppe und Quittenschaumsuppe als Vorspeise, Rosa Rehrücken und Hirschgulasch als Hauptspeise und zwei leckere Desserts von der Karte. Als Getränk hatte ich zwei speziell für mich angefertigte Singapore Sling, lecker. Jederzeit wieder. Zu zweit hatten wir einschließlich der Getränke gut 130 Euro auf der Rechnung. Der angenehme Abend hat sich wirklich gelohnt.

Perfekter Abend mit überragender Küche, sehr aufmerksamem und zuvorkommendem Service in beeindruckendem Ambiente ????

Zur Vorspeise gab es eine perfekt abgestimmte Komposition mit Kalbsbries, kandierten Schalotten und Chicoreé. Zum Hauptgang hatte ich schwarze Bandnudeln mit Pulpo und Kaninchen (vorher noch nie probiert und jetzt verliebt)...????
Der Spargel war ebenso wunderbar und das dry aged Steak zerging auf der Zunge.
Zum Abschluss haben wir uns quer durch die Dessertkarte probiert und es war alles ein Träumchen. Basilikum-Erdbeer-Eis und Schokolade in allen Variationen, so dass keine Wünsche offen blieben!!
Dazu gab es eine sehr gute Weinauswahl und liebe Grüße aus der Küche.
Der Service war stets präsent und aufmerksam ????
