Clean, spacious, comfortable hotel not far from the city center. I slept very well, beautiful view, and the breakfast... A real delight!

I would particularly like to congratulate the staff, especially the receptionists, who, following a forgotten jacket, were immediately reachable, adorable and professional with me! Thank you very much yet !

It was one of the few hotels with a family room for 2 adults, 2 children and a baby. The room was very spacious. Breakfast buffet very generous and yummy with a lot of choices.
Only problem for us were the blankets for the king size bed that were definitely not fit for the bed and very short.
You can have parking for your car. 18 euros per day.
In terms of location, you can be in the city centre in around 15/20min walking, so not bad at all.

This is a four star hotel but offers nice service very close to a 5 star. Rooms are wide and sunny if you open the windows with a fresh breeze. You come back from work and find your rooms tidy and clean. No smell at all. Very calm atmosphere around. You can eat. Drink. In the hotel and you can go shopping around in many close-by places. I loved the nice employees. As well the Philippino lady who greets me daily on breakfast very nicely. She is a nice person.

This hotel location is close to the Koln messe and this is an advantage. We will repeat this experience here.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, quiet location (unless there's an event at the arena), chill neighborhood. Good walking distance to the river (10 minutes).

- The room was far too hot (felt like a little below 30° C). Turning on the AC to max cooling did not help. We could not sleep. The receptionist could not fix it. Even in the morning after a full night of AC, the room was too hot.
- Reception staff at check in and check out is very cold. Formally friendly but with no warmth. Not even an apology for the hot room which did not allow us to sleep.
- The bath room is also too hot and the ventilation is poor
- The restaurant is great and the staff very nice

Positives - Good hotel, clean, professional and friendly staff, well designed rooms. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Negatives - The bar area is small and I would like to see a better selection of drinks. The location is 1.5 miles from the city centre, so nothing to do in the locality.

Overall - good job!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Early check-in and late check-out available. We checked in just after 10am and out at 11am.
Rooms are at a very good standard and food was delicious. A mini bar with wine, beer and lemonade is also available but at the higher price end. The central location makes it a very good place to stay and enjoy the city. Only downside is that the underground is just under the street outside which you can just about hear sometimes in the front of the building. But it didn't effected our sleep or stay there in any way.
If I am to visit the city again I would definitely book this hotel again. ????
