One of my favourite places to grab a bite during the week. Has something for everybody, from tasty quiche and salats to soups and main dishes, everything super fresh. Almost everything is more on the vegetarian side, but there is always something for the meatlovers. My office is around the corner and I am, at least, once a week there.

Was brought here by people in the know while visiting Köln . The menu was interesting and this place is quite cozy though you may need to wait a while to get a seat. My only gripe is that I prefer my rice a little more cooked through, but that's just a personal preference. All in all, worth a visit.

Seit dem die Besitzer und der Name gewechselt haben, hat man denn Eindruck, dass alle Speisen hip sein müssen. Das Herzblut, das die Heimatsünde ausgemacht hat, fehlt für mich komplett. Die Preise sind deutlich gestiegen. Zum Glück gibt es in der Nähe andere Lokale, deren Entwicklung in die andere Richtung lief.

Habe versucht dort für 4 Personen einen Mittagstisch zu reservieren.
Mir war bewusst, es kann schwierig sein, da die "Heimatsünde" ja mehr auf Thekenverkauf und Catering eingestellt ist.

Auf der Suche nach einem Catering für eine kleine Familienfeier stieß ich auf die Heimatsünde. Mir gefiel gut, dass die angebotenen Speisen sich angenehm vom üblichen Einerlei abheben, und dass es viele vegetarische Optionen gibt. Wir bestellten dann ein Fingerfood-Buffet für 10 Personen, das bei allen sehr gut ankam. Auch die Lieferung in einen Kölner Vorort erfolgte pünktlich. Klare Empfehlung!
