This place is rare in Germany, it has probably the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in the entire city. The employees are incredibly polite, as opposed to almost everywhere else. I try to stop here on a daily basis to get fresh coffee and baked goods.

Had them for my breakfast everyday during my trip to cologne. They are relatively good and met my expectations for Germany bakeries. I would say they are slightly more expensive but maybe because they are a franchise

Sehr fragwürdige Verkäufer!

In der Rosenmontagsnacht kauften mein Bekannter und ich gegen 1 Uhr nachts zwei Mettbröchten und bezahlten unserer Meinung nach mit 20 Euro. Dies sieht man ebenfalls auf dem Foto noch im Detail, dass dies ein blauer Schein ist. Wir bekamen lediglich 3 Euro und etwas Kleingeld wieder. Auf Nachfrage, dass 10 Euro fehlten wurden wir auf eine sehr unfreundliche Art und Weise darauf hingewiesen, dass das ja gar nicht stimme. Wir wurden nur als betrunkene Karnevalisten hingestellt. Das Verhalten der beiden Verkäufer war wirklich mehr als unangebracht und sie wollten uns kein Geld wieder geben. Dazu wurden wir noch provoziert worauf wir es dann irgendwann sein ließen.
Wir würden dort nie mehr hingehen und möchten darauf hinweisen, lieber doppelt darauf zu achten, wie viel Geld man bezahlt.

P.S.: Bekannte wiesen uns später ebenfalls auf die sehr unfreundliche Art der beiden selben Verkäufer am Vorabend hin.
