I have been coming for some time to Cologne and had my fair share of hotels so I have to say that, hands down, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in around Cologne. The design of the place is very modern, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, great coffee and staff is friendly with an excellent vocabulary. The location of the hotel is also great, with nice restaurants around.
There are a few improvements that would benefit the hotel greatly; since it's located in a green area, the windows should have mosquito nets to prevent insects from flying in. Pillows are not the most comfortable and the linoleum on the floor is a bit tacky.
Even so, I'll be booking it for each and every stay in Cologne in the future.

One of the best hotels i have visited during this year and so far are more than 20. The rooms are not big, but well organised. Ceilings are Industrial style. Breakfast in the restaurant and outdoor is Great.

Rooms are ok, but beware if you cannot sleep well when sun is shining: street rooms have NO blinds (only poor curtains) and other rooms have poor performing blinds. In summer, you'll be awake at 4AM... Ask me how I know.

An ok hotel, but just that. Rooms are, ahem, snug if you're glass-half-full, poky if you're plain-speaking. Sink next to the bed was an odd touch that felt a bit odd. Breakfast was OK. Location only good if you're visiting DLR. Otherwise, not much reason to stay here.

Very clean rooms. But unfortunately no airco and a small fridge to cool some water.

The hotel is renovaited and nice. The breakfast and restaurant is also good and almost everyone of the staff is friendly. However, at check-in the receptionist laughed at my name! I understand that names in other languages are hard for some people but from someone specially in this business I expected more respect.

(Edit) I have received a phone call which I really appreciated. It felt like they really care if I had a good experience or not. I give them one more star and hopefully they will get 5 start from me the next time. ????

Beautiful, quiet, food is amazing and the staff is even better. The entrance is beautiful and the restaurant is perfect. The price for breakfast is great value for all the wonderful foods you are offered. I would recommend this hotel.
