We booked 2 family rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. On arrival we were presented with 2 twin rooms, just 4 beds we asked where the children were supposed to sleep and they said in the bed with us!! They said we would need to pay for an extra room if we wanted the children to have their own beds. Unbelievable. We had to provide our own airbed for the kids to sleep on as the lady on duty wasn't prepared to do anything. Also there was no bike parking, which wasn't as advertised. We weren't offered a refund to go elsewhere, seriously disappointed

Comfortable but basic rooms. Powerful shower - exfoliating towels. No 24 hour reception but given keys to outside door when coming back once receptionist was not there. Challenging to get the car through a narrow entrance to get to the car park at the back.

Great hotel! Everything is very neat, clean and pleasant atmosphere! Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied! If you need to visit Cologne again, I will only stay at this hotel. I advise everyone this hotel! I give the highest mark!

I like this hotel. It is simple but clean and quiet. The reception is not open 24h so I suggest to write an email and ask for the instructions to get access to the hotel in the extra hours. Breakfast is simple and with the right variety of choice: jam, breads, cereals, cheese, yogurt. In the nearby there are some steakhouse and italian restaurants where you can have dinner without spending too much. Bus (160) stop is few meters away.

clean but very loveless hotel. there 's a lack of personality which one can feel in the room, service, breakfast - even one simple communication.

- Small Room and bathroom
- No parking
- No shades for the window
- uncomfortable bed
- few options for breakfast

Really pricey.
