Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a room at the backside of the hotel. Just outside of the rooms, there is a ventilation unit, which is running non stop and makes some noise.

When we checked out on Sunday. We wanted to leave our bags in the hotel, and pick them up in the evening before we go back home. The staff told us we had to be back before 2 pm. after that time the entrance would be locked and all staff would be gone.

No air conditioning but they do have an oscillating fan in the room. The room was small but very clean, modern, and quiet. Service was good, and the location is excellent.

Nice family hotel in the perfect location with in walking distance of almost everything in the center.
And a plus you have amazing place to try domestic cuisine in the ground floor..as well as the club/bar.
Only small problem with that club is that the musicnis a bit too loud for the hotel area.maybe they should consider that in future aldo rooms are very well sound proof but again as me who likes to keep the window open it isnt the best option at the end.
I am sure they could find some solution that all could benefit!

It won't heart you to buy an AC for rooms we are in 21th century. I got a single room. It's a tiny room not like on photos no AC and it's July +36 very hot.

V small room, v hot , no AC, v expensive for what felt 2 Star Max. Positive is location, v close to old town

Located in great area, there's a great pub downstairs where you can get a free Bier, good German food and nice welcoming from the bartender. Only 2 tram-stops away from Koelnmesse. Room is spacious, well-refurbished and well-organized. Perfect for both business trip and sightseeing. Definitely will come back to this place.

Noisy rooms, the Disco is open till 2 AM and you can hear it inside the rooms. Also there is some machinery in the outside that hums through all night
It is accessible to wheel chairs, but challenging: narrow entrance and sharp turns means lot of maneuvering for our scootmobile.
Other than that the rooms are comfortable, breakfast ok
