So pleased we choose to stay here! From start to finish, our sojourn at Hotel Mondial was excellent. The reception team where brilliant, very friendly, our room was immaculate with a really comfortable bed and well equipped with all we needed. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and piping hot which is how I like it and there was a huge selection. Will definitely stay again.

Good value hotel with excellent facilities right in the centre of Cologne next to the Cathedral. Recently renovated, the rooms are comfortable and modern, although the aircon wasn’t functioning properly when we stayed (we were told there was a fault). Great breakfast choice and nice cafe / bar with tables outside. Parking with large spaces (accessed via car lift)

The location is as good as it gets.
Rooms and public areas were spacious, clean and stylish.
There are rooms with see-through shower walls, but if your are alone in the rooms or with your SO, it's fine. They mention this on their website.
Breakfast was phenomenally good, fresh and plenty of choices, good coffee.
All this for a very very good price. I don't know how they do this, but totally worth it.
Massive probs to the entire staff, they deserve all the complies for their friendliness and professionalism.

I was in Cologne during another heatwave and this hotel was exactly what we needed. Perfect check-in, our room was ready in the morning, we've got upgraded thanks to my diamond status and airco worked like a charm. Location is top notch and they have a parking in the hotel. Breakfast is very good (but I have to admit I hate buffets since corona, so I was happy with my Nespresso in my room ;-)). Best hotel I've been to in Germany, I'll be back soon!

Great location of the hotel, everything is around and pretty close. The stuff is always friendly, the room seems like new and very clean, conditioner and everything else worked properly. Also it’s always quiet here, you will not hear your neighbors even if they play music loud.
Another plus is comfy bed u0026 always working fast Wi-Fi.
Not sure about the food, tried here lunch and dinner, not the best, but you can choose something.

Great hotel at a great location. The hotel is located in the centre of Cologne within few minutes walking from Köln Hbf. Although it is in the centre of Cologne it is still in a quiet area. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.

Amazing hotel, the staff were amazing and helpful and the choice at breakfast was fantastic. The staff also had very good English and my average German wasn't a problem. Only thing I could say against it was the housekeeping knocking on doors at 9am was a little weird
