This Holiday Inn Express checks all the boxes of what a Express Holiday Inn Hotel promises to be. As an IHG member I know what I am supposed to get and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff is doing their very best despite challenging times to staff all shifts unfortunately not all guests realize this. The hospitality industry is a very demanding profession and we should be greatful that there are dedicated people out who try to make our/your hotel stay as enjoyable as possible. To the staff that worked May 13 to May 15, 2022: Thank you ALL for everything! You work very hard to serve us a great breakfast, to keep our rooms clean and to check us in/out. We appreciate you.

The room was OK, fair value for the money, breakfast was a bit limited, even considering the price level.

The service experience however was disappointing. I had to adjust my initial booking, from 4 to 3 rooms for individual colleagues, all paying by themselves. Getting the reduction confirmed over the phone took well over 16 minutes, and I have never received the promised confirmation mail.

Then I then found out that all three rooms had been charged to my credit card, and this could not be reversed. This is not what I consider good service...

Rooms are small. Basic amenities are less. Tooth paste is not available. And no complimentary water. We arrived there on may 1 and all stores were closed. Complimentary water was not available. But there cater provided some water on request.

????New, clean and big enough room. Breakfast is delicious. Kind staff
????We had to pay 15euro for parking per night

No laundry services... No Fridge or drinking water bottle in room.
For single person, room allocated with 2 small beds... I would have preferred single king size bed.
Not really satisfying... Sorry.

I called the reception and asked for the towels that were missing in my room. They just told me to come downstairs myself and get them.
I was lucky I didn't have to clean the room myself too before checking out, hence the one star.

Great and helpful staff, available 24/7, dog friendly hotel, close to M3, clean room, very comfortable mattress!
