It was a lot of fun. We had the beautiful studio completely to ourselves, there were about 15 girls. The trainer decorated especially for us and included our motto, simply super personal. Before the workout session there was an energizing smoothie and then vegan snacks. The atmosphere was really nice and all the girls had a lot of fun during the workout. Thanks to Anna, who infected us with happy music and her energy and drove our hangover from the first evening. Always my pleasure!

Nachdem ich bereits mehrmals bei GlowBarre trainiert habe und begeistern bin, habe ich Anfang Juli für eine Freundin einen JGA organisiert, wozu wir ein „Sexy Barre“-Workout gebucht hatten! Es hat super viel Spaß gemacht. Wir hatten das schöne Studio komplett für uns, waren ca. 15 Mädels. Die Trainerin hatte extra für uns dekoriert und unser Motto dabei miteinbezogen, einfach super persönlich. Vor der Workout Session gab es einen energizing Smoothie und danach vegane Snacks. Die Atmosphäre war einfach total nett und alle Mädels hatten beim Workout mega viel Spaß. Danke an Anna, die uns mit happy music und ihrer Energie angesteckt und unseren Hangover vom ersten Abend vertrieben hat. Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr schönes Studio mitten in der Stadt! Ich hatte über Barre-Workouts sehr gutes gehört und wollte es ausprobieren. Zum Glück habe ich das Glow-Barre Studio gefunden.

Hier trainiert man in kleinen Gruppen und deswegen bleibt man nicht anonym, wie man das woanders kennt. Die Trainerinnen sind super nett und haben unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte aufgrund ihrer verschiedenen Ausbildungen. Deswegen gibts für jeden etwas dabei. Sie achten auch immer auf die richtige Ausführung der Übungen, was ich sehr wichtig finde!????

Die Kurse sind anstrengend, machen aber viel Spaß und sind sehr effektiv!! Ich würde jeden empfehlen das Studio zu besuchen!☺️
