Absolutely unique Pub and Guest House. The host is an absolute gentleman who despite my total lack of German, took time out to show us artefacts gathered over the years and how he had set about improving the exterior of the building during lockdown periods. Real laid back relaxing atmosphere. Will certainly visit again if I'm ever in the vicinity.

We loved our stay at Gasthaus Wessel, the perfect snuggly place for couples! Close to the train station and a secure parking lot makes it easily accessible while the romantic room makes it a must stay when visiting cologne. We will definitely be back

Great and friendly service with a really nice breakfast. Close to the tram station, and the Inn keeper is providing some great assistance getting around, explaining where to go and what to do. This place is nicely decorated over Christmas ????

Though rooms are small but this place is very well managed by the old couple.. They're helping u0026 funny also.
