This is one of the big gyms of Flexx Fitness, with a lot of machines and big area for aerobics, course and back exercise. Also has a parking lot. The shower area is also bigger than other Flexx Fitness gyms. You get regular flexx fitness courses, the schedule can be download from their website or mobile app.
It doesn't have swimming pool or sauna, but the facilities you get for the membership fee makes it totally worth it.

Its a good Gym whit good trainers but not so much Car places

For someone who prefers early morning workout, not an option as it opens at 8
