Lovely service, very helpful and accommodating. We loved the lobster bisque, deer and dorade. Let the staff know if you aren't happy with anything, they are super helpful and cater to your needs. The food was delicious - we'll be back. If you come by car be mindful of the limited parking options.

Fischermanns' is certainly one of the better addresses in Cologne. The food is of a high standard and the accompanying wine list is impressive. The service does its best to keep the guests in mind.
The ambience is upscale. The audience is mixed.

Really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the kind service.
Only 4 stars: literally waited 90min for appetizer. But probably because of our group size.

Food and service was generally excellent until desserts when we waited 45 minutes, eventually asked for it to go but that too was forgotten until we just left the table and paid on the way out. Shame, was a good experience until that point.

The food is excellent. Really fabulous. But the meal experience was very disappointing. For a meal at this cost and with the restaurant completely filled, a person would think the owner could hire one more person. We waited 45 minutes for our desserts to arrive after asking for it twice. The restaurant is noisy because the customers sitting so closely together, the hard walls that reflect noise, and hip-hop music playing in the background. I might go back again but I suspect there are other restaurants that will provide service worthy of a high meal price.

Overrated and awfully overpriced for such average quality.
First time we have been there as a last-minute option to dine — and it was definitely the last.
