Now that I knew that it was Dr. Wolff is "about the matter" and not about a reasonless pursuit of profit, I also trustingly placed myself in her hands for an aesthetic dental treatment. One of my front teeth was built up with a filling. Also in this session, Dr. Wolff exceeded all my expectations and wishes: During the tooth construction itself, she was not only meticulous and perfectionist in every respect (color, shape). In addition, she constantly made an effort to ensure my well-being, explained the next steps to me and kept asking me how satisfied I was with the current optical condition. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.

Obwohl die Rezensionen beinahe zu gut klangen, um wahr zu sein, wollte ich nach negativen Vorerfahrungen in der Vergangenheit der Praxis eine Chance geben.
Behandelt hat mich Frau Dr. Wolff. Bei der üblichen Prophylaxebehandlung hat sie sich viel Zeit genommen und zunächst eine falsche Vordiagnose des Zahnarztes einer anderen Praxis ausgeräumt. Hierdurch sind mir hohe Kosten und sicher auch Schmerzen erspart geblieben. Frau Dr. Wolff ist mit sehr viel Feingefühl und Kompetenz auf alle Fragen und Unsicherheiten eingegangen, die diese Vordiagnose in mir hervorgerufen hatte.
Da ich nun wusste, dass es Frau Dr. Wolff "um die Sache" und nicht um ein grundloses Gewinnstreben geht, habe ich mich auch zu einer ästhetischen Zahnbehandlung vertrauensvoll in ihre Hände begeben. Mittels einer Füllung wurde einer meiner Frontzähne aufgebaut. Auch in dieser Sitzung hat Frau Dr. Wolff alle meine Erwartungen und Wünsche übertroffen: Während des Zahnaufbaus selber war sie nicht nur in jeder Hinsicht (Farbe, Form) sorgfältig und perfektionistisch. Sie hat sich darüber hinaus ständig um mein Wohlergehen bemüht, mir nächste Schritte erläutert und sich fortlaufend nach meiner Zufriedenheit mit dem aktuellen optischen Zustand erkundigt. Mit dem Endergebnis bin ich überaus zufrieden.
Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass Frau Dr. Wolff mich im Voraus sehr transparent über den anfallenden Eigenanteil der Kosten aufgeklärt hat, die die Krankenkasse im Umfang des rein ästhetischen Aufbaus nicht übernimmt. Diese sind im Verhältnis zur von Frau Dr. Wolff geleisteten Arbeit wirklich absolut zu vernachlässigen. In den letzten fünfzehn Jahren habe ich ähnliche Behandlungen von drei unterschiedlichen Ärzten durchführen lassen - nie habe ich die Praxis so zufrieden verlassen wie hier.
Neben Frau Dr. Wolff möchte ich aber auch die äußerst kurzen Wartezeiten, das für eine Zahnarztpraxis außergewöhnlich
ästhetische Ambiente, die generelle Atmosphäre in der Praxis sowie das gesamte Team lobend erwähnen, hiervon v.a. Frau Steffes, mit deren Zahnreinigung ich nicht nur zufrieden war, sondern bei der ich (man mag es kaum glauben) sogar Spaß hatte.
Endergebnis: Ich habe meine Zahnarztpraxis gefunden.
