St. Pantaleon is an early Romanesque church in Cologne in the southern part of the old town. It is one of the twelve large Romanesque basilicas in the old town of Cologne. The church is dedicated to St. Pantaleon (Latin name form) as well as Cosmas and Damian. The Greek original name of the late antique martyr St. Pantaleon is Panteleímon. The church served monks of the Benedictine abbey until the secularization of the monastery at the end of the 18th century as abbey church.
