The best thing in the cafe was their cakes. We tried double chocolate cake and pumpkin seed cake and both were so yummy that we ordered more. Lots of options of coffee. We did not try anything from food menu but looking forward to try next time

We visited here for just wine and dessert. Wine wasn't great. Dessert was delicious. Friendly and professional waiter.

Food is fine, but nothing special. A bit overpriced for what they offer, and does not look super fresh. The terrace outside is very nice, and people working there helpful. The coffee was in the end the best part.

Me and my friend wanted to sit outside and ask the waitress (a blond lady with ponytail) whether outside was 2G or 3G (each G is stated for vaccinated, recovered or tested).
So while asking this, the waitress replied in a very rude way "NO", then she turned her back to us and rushed immediately in the cafeteria by slapping the door behind her.
For the record, we are both recovered (from covid) and we just asked out of curiosity, but such stupid behavior couldn't be tolerated and we left.
Please Cafe Lichtenberg, choose wisely your personal. These kind of attitudes are shameful.

one of the best brunches i had in cologne. they serve breakfast in the morning and lunch dishes after 11. friendly staff
