Leider nur ein Stern, am liebsten keinen, aber nur auf Grund des Verhaltens einer Mitarbeiterin am 02.07.2022; 08:00 - Filiale Görlinger Zentrum. Die Mitarbeiterin sortiert Ware ohne Handschuhe ein, meine Bestellung wird auch ohne Handschuhe oder Nutzung eine Zange eingepackt. Darauf hin bitte ich sie freundlich mir neue Ware zu geben die sie nicht direkt angefasst hat, so wie es eigentlich üblich ist in der Filiale. Drauf hin antwortet sie pampig das Sie sich ja die Hände gewaschen hat und im Übrigen wisse sie ja auch nicht ob ich saubere Hände hätte. Des Weiteren sagt sie motzig das sie sauberer wäre als man ein Kunde der hier rein kommt. Das ist unangemessen und außerordentlich unverschämt. Hier muss dringend nochmal nach geschult werden im Umgang mit Kunden, oder es ist der falsche Beruf. Es gibt ausreichend Alternativen in unmittelbarer Nähe liebes Voosen Team. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert das eine Verkäuferin dermaßen du professionell ist.
