Perfect location for a stopover en route from the UK to Austria. Good breakfast, nice rooms, good service. Only issue we had was that one of our 2 rooms stank of smoke (yes it's a non-smoking hotel). It was too late into the night to change rooms when we arrived and we slept well, but not ideal.

Not recommended for wheelchair users. Although the room is next to reception and bathroom has beautiful accessories, it has no shower seat. Personnel were not at all interested in providing a solution, not even allowing us to take a garden plastic chair... Ridiculous!!!!

Ah, if u have no choice but to use the disable room (room 101)... Don't expect to enjoy a romantic night... Only separate twin beds available.

They must think we don't need a shower or deserve a passionate night....

SPEECHLESS!!!

But brownie points for having a lowered the mirror....

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Great value for money as well - super clean room and an amazing shower pressure. The continental buffet breakfast was very tasty with a great selection of food and honestly worth paying the extra few euros. I am definitely going to come and stay again…hopefully soon!

I've book a room accesible for wheelchairs for me and my wife. They gave me a twin bed when i asked and payed for a king size. In addition to this there is no chair in the shower. I ask for obe and tge "boss" the phone told me thete is none any simple plastic chair. Then, people in a wheelchair in this hotel has no right to sleep with the partnet or take a shower. Aufull customer service and sensitivity to disabled people.. No recommended at all.

At 23 o clock we arrive to hotel, on the reception was worker. Till 23:55 he cant registere as. Tired we must go away to other hotel. In this week 3 time we slept in the hotel Bu0026B . Everything was good. Hotel Bu0026B in the Köln big minus. No good

Good hotel and rooms are nice and clean

But the walls are thin an you will hear your nabers talking or the TV of its too loud

Good for the price... just not nice for a Non Smokers if got a ground floor bedroom close to the entrance and outside smoking area that's leaves a very bad and really strong smoking smelling in the bedroom that starts a 6am and can't let sleep anymore
