Ich habe leider eine schlechte Erfahrung mit Apricot gemacht. Ich hatte mir einen schönen Ring gegeönnt. Den habe ich 3-4 Mal getragen. Ich habe mir mit dem Ring nicht nur einen Schal, ein Oberteil und eine Leggins zerrissen...nein...es sind auch ein paar Teile abgebrochen und ein Stein ist rausgefallen. Es ist vielleicht kein echter Schmuck, aber so schnell sollte er nun auch nicht kaputt gehen.
Aber das kann natürlich immer mal passieren.
Ich habe mit Apricot Kontakt aufgenommen und meinen Fall inkl. Fotos geschilder. Mir wäre alles Recht gewesen...ein Austausch, eine Reparatur, ein Gutschein....
Leider habe ich nicht mal eine Antwort bekommen.
Das ist sehr sehr schade, da ich mich Anfangs sehr über den Ring gefreut habe.

Habe im Januar zwei Armbänder bestellt. Nach einem Monat kann ich sagen, dass der Tragekomfort super ist, man spürt das Armband kaum am Handgelenk. Zudem ist der Verschluss auch sauber verarbeitet und hält das Armband gut zusammen.

Ich muss leider 2 Sterne geben. Ich bin in den Laden rein und wurde von der Verkäuferin, welche hinter der Kasse gelangweilt rumsaß nicht mal begrüßt. Auch wurde ich nach eigenständigem umschauen im Laden nicht gefragt, ob ich evtl. mal Hilfe bräuchte oder klarkomme. Kurz vor der Corona-zeit war ich im APRICOT Laden im Rheincenter, wurde aber damals von einer lieben Verkäuferin mit dunkelbraunen langen Haaren super beraten (gebe nur deswegen die 2 Sterne sonst würde ich nur einen geben!), daher war ich umso mehr enttäuscht von meinen letzten paar Besuchen im Laden in der Kölner innenstadt. Schade!
