LEFT MY PHONE IN THEIR PROPERTY AND NEVER HAD IT BACK.
Stayed in one of their apartments in Hansaring a month ago. Place was clean and good location but on the day we left, accidentally left my phone inside the room which we couldn't open anymore because the keys were inside. Thinking that they'd be willing to send it back to me (AND I WAS VERY CONFIDENT THAT THEY WOULD), just opted to leave my phone behind as we didn't want to miss our flight back home. Already talked to somebody that same week and they've confirmed that they have my phone and they're willing to send it back to me in London. IT'S BEEN A MONTH ALREADY and still haven't had it back. Everytime we call them, it's like nobody knows the situation and you can't even talk to a manager or somebody senior who knows how to handle that kind of situation. They have been rude about it lately when we call and ask about it. I don't know if its just language barrier or are they just playing dumb. So disappointed!
