I reached out the PoleGym Chemnitz over Instagram and was pleasantly surprised to see that the owner had responded within the hour. I was continuously surprised at how accommodating, friendly, and fun the rest of her staff were! I had the opportunity to take a few classes with Alex and Anna (both super awesome women!). Alex is very kind, encouraging, and fun to laugh with. She makes you feel beautiful and always believes in you :) Anna is super sporty, charismatic, and also a blast to be with! Once I was good enough for some more advanced moves she had no problem challenging me. What I loved about both women and their classes is that no one is ever discouraged if you can't do something. You just move on with the rest of the class and continue to try your best. If you want a confidence boost, awesome workout, and a community of other women who are there for a good time then PoleGym Chemnitz is the way to go!

They also always take a picture of each individual performing a move in the class and post it (with consent) on their Instagram for everyone to celebrate!

Das Klima dort ist einfach harmonisch. Auch wenn man mal einen schlechten Tag hatte - es wird sich gegenseitig unterstützt und wieder aufgepäppelt. Wer Lust auf etwas -sportlich gesehen-Besonderes hat, kann ich das PoleGym Chemnitz nur ans Herz legen. Die Trainerinnen sind sehr herzlich und das Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Schöne an Poledance/Polefitness ist, dass man schneller Erfolge sehen kann. Das Training ist abwechslungsreich und die Kurse laufen strukturiert ab. Jede Woche lernt man eine neue Figur/Kombination etc. Es wird sich gegenseitig geholfen und die Trainerinnen motivieren ihre Schützlinge, falls man mal einen schlechten Tag haben sollte. Am Ende jeden Kurses werden Fotos von der neu erlernten Figur o.Ä. geschossen. Das finde ich persönlich super, da man den Erfolg auf den Fotos sehen kann und glücklich das PoleGym nach dem Kurs verlässt.
