Der Lieferant war bisschen unverschämt und fragte direkt nach Trinkgeld da hatte er die Pizza noch in der Tasche, aber in jeder Firma gibt es ein schwarzes Schaf da sollte die Bewertung nicht drunter leiden da dass Essen auch fantastisch war geb ich trd 5 Sterne. Weiter so????????

Alles andere als fresh! Ich hatte den ältesten und gammeligsten Rucola auf meiner Pizza der scheinbar in dieser Filiale zu finden war. Wahrscheinlich war er nich nich mal richtig gewaschen, da ich außerdem einen !KÄFER! auf meiner Pizza gefunden habe. Habe direkt in der Filiale angerufen, bescheid gegeben und um eine Lösung gebeten (außer eine neue Pizza - der Appetit war mir vergangen). Alles andere ist ganz ganz Traurig.

Pizza sieht aus als hätte man sie 2-3 mal durch den Laden geworfen.
Zudem war die Pizza total weich, somit war der Käserand auch eher schlecht als recht, da der Käse wie Gummi war, Pizza war scheinbar schon etwas älter, die dazu bestellten Karamellisierten Zwiebeln waren auch ein Witz -u003e ein hauch von nichts.
Ich bin echt nicht kleinlich, aber bei EINER KLEINEN Pizza von 14,50 € verlange ich TOP QUALITÄT.
Beim Alan bekommt man 1 Pizza für 2 € die definitiv eine bessere Qualität aufweist.
Echt schade.. FreddyFresh passt da nicht ganz so, eher FreddyFrech.

Ich habe mich mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gesetzt, dieser war äußerst freundlich.
Der Herr am anderen Ende hat mir ein sehr entgegenkommende Wiedergutmachung angeboten.
Heute bei der nächsten Bestellung war alles super, der Mitarbeiter in der Filiale war super freundlich und die Pizza war diesmal auch super. Die Hotdog Pizza ist im übrigen sehr zu empfehlen.
Meiner Meinung nach sind die Pizzen leider trotzdem noch sehr teuer, aber geschmacklich war sie diesmal super.
Sehr entgegenkommendes Unternehmen!
