First of all: MY RATING RELATES EXCLUSIVELY TO THE SERVICE. The breads, rolls, biscuits and cakes are delicious and still handmade. We are all the sadder that the service is simply not right at the back and front.

Due to unfavorable working hours, we have decided to place a weekly standing order in order to be able to buy the desired products shortly before closing time. The long-term order was initially forgotten for 4 weeks, so that at the end of the day the last remnants had to be scraped together. When we were unable to cancel our order and pick it up for health reasons, we were repeatedly accused of this for the following weeks... once even with the statement: "I haven't put your order out yet. I didn't know if you yet to come."

Since then, our order has been forgotten from time to time, so that we are beginning to wonder what all this is about.

Recently we also ordered a roll and a pig's ear, which probably upset the saleswoman so much that although the expensive pig's ear was charged, only a cheaper roll ended up in my bag. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once.

We will probably cancel our order and switch to another branch. It's a pity... The longer opening times are of no use.

Eigentlich vermeide ich schlechte Rezensionen im Netz aber langsam fühlen wir uns etwas veräppelt.

Vorab: MEINE BEWERTUNG BEZIEHT SICH AUSSCHLIEßLICH AUF DEN SERVICE. Die Brote, Brötchen, Kekse und der Kuchen sind sehr lecker und Zeugen noch von Handarbeit. Umso trauriger sind wir, dass der Service einfach hinten und vorn nicht stimmt.

Aufgrund von ungünstigen Arbeitszeiten haben wir uns dazu entschieden, eine wöchentliche Dauerbestellung aufzugeben, um auch noch kurz vor Feierabend die gewünschten Produkte kaufen zu können. Die Dauerbestellung wurde zu Anfang für 4 Wochen vergessen, sodass am Ende des Tages wieder die letzten Reste zusammengekratzt werden mussten. Als wir dann aus gesundheitlichen Gründen einmal unsere Bestellung nicht abbestellen und abholen konnten, wurde uns das für die folgenden Wochen immer wieder vorgehalten... einmal sogar mit der Aussage: "Ich habe Ihre Bestellung noch nicht rausgelegt. Ich wusste ja nicht, ob Sie noch kommen."

Seitdem wird unsere Bestellung hin und wieder mal vergessen, sodass wir uns langsam fragen, was das alles soll.

Kürzlich bestellten wir dann noch zusätzlich ein Brötchen und ein Schweinsohr, was die Verkäuferin wohl so aus der Fassung brachte, dass zwar das teure Schweinsohr abgerechnet, in meiner Tüte dann aber nur ein günstigeres Brötchen landete. Leider ist sich sowas schon häufiger vorgekommen.

Wir werden wohl unsere Bestellung canceln und zu einer anderen Filiale wechseln. Echt schade... Da nützen auch die längeren Öffnungszeiten nichts.

Ich hatte keine Ahnung das fast eine halbe Tube Zwiebelremoulade auf dem Brötchen sind (Stand nur belegtes Brötchen auf dem Schild). Es auf Wunsch hinzuzufügen oder zu erwähnen das ich den Rest des Tages mit Zwiebelmundgeruch herumlaufe wäre ganz nett. Auch gibt es einen Grund warum Remoulade ohne Zwiebeln, die Norm im Supermarkt ist.

Zuerst das Positive die Mitarbeiter und die Ware sind top, eigentlich 5 Punkte wert! Aber diese unchristliche Öffnungszeit, nur bis 16:00 Uhr, machen es mir unmöglich die sehr guten Backwaren zu kaufen! Seit der Eröffnung der Filiale in der Franz-Mehring-Sraße habe ich gern dort eingekauft und einen Umweg in Kauf genommen! Da ich berufstätig bin schaffe ich es nicht vor 16:00 Uhr beim Bäcker zu sein! Von mir gibt es daher nur einen Punk, da ich von den guten Produkten leider nichts mehr habe!

Das Brot und die Brötchen sind ok, dass jedoch die „Verkäuferin“ mit aller Macht versucht mit ihrer Unfreundlichkeit den Kunden den Sonntag zu vermiesen muss einfach nicht sein. Mein Fazit: Nie wieder in eine Groschupf Filiale gehen und Sonntags einfach 15 Minuten nach Döbeln fahren und bei Körners Brötchen holen - die sind richtig lecker und das Personal freut sich über jeden Kunde. Schade Hainichen...
