I visited many times in the early mornings and evenings, have to say that the snacks were always fresh and delicious. Especially the Hotdog, Chicken Burger ????, Spinat and Apfelecke being my favourites, sometimes I find myself overwhelmed to select one from wide variety of options available. Also, I’ve a knack for buying hot Choco drink every time. Prices are not exorbitant as you might think but it’s reasonable for such a store at a train station I would say with coffee to-go already starting from just 1.20€. Ambience was calm and staff were friendly all the times, added to it, there is also WiFi provision for guests which makes you utilise your time in waiting for next train connection. I would love to keep going whenever it’s possible.

Bad experience!!
I have been a regular customer to Backwerk.
Was charged extra for an item which I didn't had. I had trust in the cashier and bought early morning snack and left for my train. While cross checking the items I found out that I was over charged.
I would not recommend this place.

The location right inside the train station is convenient for waiting. The bakery products are the same as in any other Backwerk. The staff is friendly and the seating area is nice and comfortable.

Ich kann mich nur den ganzen negativen Kommentaren über das Backwerk auf dem Hauptbahnhof anschließen. Ich hatte heute morgen ganze 6 Minuten um Essen zu kaufen und dann auf Gleis 11 zu kommen und auch nur eine freie Hand, an der noch eine Tasche hing. Also rein ins Backwerk und schnell Brötchen und Laugenstangen entnommen. Dabei viel 2x die Klappe herunter. „geht das auch etwas leiser“ bellte mich ein Typ hinter der Ware völlig unfreundlich an. „Kein Guten Morgen“ wenn man den Laden betritt, aber so eine unfreundliche Ansage. Aber die Frau an der Kasse war sehr nett, dafür gibt es 2 Sterne.

Kassiererin am 26.9.22 um 7.20 Uhr extrem unfreundlich und tat nur die Augen verdrehen,weil es ihr alles nicht schnell genug ging.Bin ensetzt über dieses Verhalten und war heute das letzte mal dort!!!!!Ist ja nicht so als hätte ich es nötig dort was essen holen zu müssen.Schulen sie bitte ihr Personal was Anstand,Respekt und Freundlichkeit betrifft.Geht gar nicht!!!!
