Ich war diese Woche in diesem Douglas zum ersten, aber auch zum letzten Mal.

Ich (Mitte 30, optischer Metalhead) wollte vor Ort etwas von MAC kaufen.

Als ich auf eine Verkäuferin traf (ca Mitte 50) traf ich auf die Unfreundlichkeit in Persona. Diese musterte mich erstmal von oben nach unten und wieder zurück, entrichtete (bzw erwiderte) nicht mal den Tagesgruß und fragte dann " was suchen sie ? " in einer solch arroganten und herabwürdigenden Art, dass man sich absolut unwohl fühlte. Nachdem ich mein begehr Kund tat wurde ich auf gefühlt zwei Rest Artikel hingewiesen mit dem Hinweis, wenn ich mehr wolle, soll ich nach Köln fahren.. Danke für nichts und diese hoch professionelle Beratung.

Einzelhandel vor Ort unterstützen.. Tja.. Hier wohl eher nicht. Schade!

Das man nicht alles in Gänze auf Halde haben kann, kein Thema. Diese Art ist jedoch ein absolutes no go..

sehr unfreundlich, man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wohl, statt ruhig darauf hinzuweisen nicht an den Parfumprobeflaschen zu riechen wird einem regelrecht im Kasernenton befohlen dies zu unterlassen. Meine 20 jährige Tochter wurde einfach geduzt. Auf die Frage welche Nagellackfarben es gibt wurde pampig geantwortet, "na die hier, das reicht ja wohl auch".
