Waller Sand

Waller Sand is quite a new recreational area at the edge of the former overseas harbor which has been transformed into the new Überseestadt quarter. There's a lot of higher class housing and small shops and restaurants are to find in the near surrounding of Waller Sand. You will meet families here, younger people and locals walking their dogs. Lots of runners and other exercising people, too. I like the place overall and I'm curious to see how it will develop in the future.

Very good place to spend time at the evening. Here definitely you can see a good sunset, that makes you feel comfortable and a good mood.

Swimming is prohibited. There’s no shade and no bar and an ongoing construction.

So so, it not something extraordinary.. you will not have access to the water, it is jist sand amd that is it al about. There are no shops near by. However you can go there and enjoy the sunset
